The Format

Each week, log as many kilometres as you can Monday through Sunday. The bottom 25% get culled at 11:59 PM AEST Sunday. Survive three rounds to reach the Grand Final.

Week 1 Mon – Sun Bottom 25% culled. Survivors enter the prize draw.
Week 2 Mon – Sun Another 25% gone. Survivors back in the draw.
Week 3 Mon – Sun Field thins again. Survivors drawn one more time.
Grand Final Week 4 No cull. Most km's wins the final pack.

Challenge Rules

The Run

  • Goal: Log as many km as you can each week. Total weekly distance is all that matters.
  • One run per day. Multiple runs in a day combine into one daily entry; submit the most recent.
  • Outdoor running only. No treadmills.
  • Pace standard: 8:00/km or faster (calculated on elapsed time). Slower runs don't count.
  • No minimum distance, just don't finish in the bottom 25%.
  • Authenticity: All runs must be completed during the official challenge window.

Tracking & Metrics

  • GPS Wearable: Apple Watch, Garmin, Coros, Strava, any GPS-based tracker.
  • Required Data: The following must be visible in your activity:
    • Distance & Date
    • Pace & Elapsed Time
    • Cadence
    • Heart Rate (HR)
  • Weekly cutoff: 11:59 PM AEST Sunday. Results announced 12:00 PM AEST Monday.

Submission & Proof

  • Activity Data: Upload a screenshot of your activity summary for each run.
  • Activity Links: (Optional) A direct activity link (e.g. Strava) is preferred and helps speed up verification.
  • Grand Final tiebreaker: Longest single run in Week 4. If still tied, fastest average pace.
