Every hour, on the hour, until there's one of ya left. Can you handle it? This is Australia's ultimate test of physical and mental resilience.
We've got a Hill. And we're challenging you to climb it.
Located in Pyalong, just 90 minutes from Melbourne. You'll be assigned your own rest and refuel station beneath the shadow of the Hill, free to deck out however you need to sustain you between laps. A sheltered camping setup, a hydration station, or a full base of operations for your support team.
Complete the circuit, up and down the hill, once an hour. Then do it again. And again. Until there's one of ya left.
We've expanded prize offerings this year. The last legend standing wins big, but every athlete has something to gun for.
One athlete. One winner. The legend who outlasts every other challenger on the hill takes the lot.
Bonus prizes for athletes, spectators & support crews
Every lap is a battle. Some come to prove they've got more in the tank. Others chase the ultimate title. Wherever you stop, your medal tells the story, engraved with your final lap count.
Plus full long-weekend access: live speakers, DJs, food trucks, spectator events, brand activations. The energy doesn't stop when your race does.
Last year's King of The Hill livestream ran for an unbelievable 90 consecutive hours, capturing every brutal lap and gritty moment as over 100,000 viewers tuned in from across Australia and beyond. From sunset suffering to delirious midnight interviews, it became one of the most talked-about endurance broadcasts of the year.
In 2026, we're pushing the limits again -- more cameras, more coverage, and even more carnage from The Hill.
King of the Hill 2024 proved what this event could be. 2025 showed us how wild it can get. 2026? Get ready, it's going to blow your socks clean off. Here's exactly what you get.

Runners came looking for a challenge, and found parts of themselves they didn't know existed. Feel the tension, the suffering, and the triumph as the hill sorts pretenders from contenders.
"This event taught me a lot from just being around other athletes where we are all here to suffer for the same purpose. Creating conversations to uplift each individual to their full potential."
"Honestly I've never seen anything like it, the amount of genuine love, celebration and camaraderie amongst everyone was so heartwarming. It was an incredible event to be apart of."
"King Of The Hill did not disappoint! I wanted a challenge, I wanted to find the limit and I've found it. 30 hours, 30 laps of 4.2km and 300m elevation gain."
"Kevin Costner said it best, 'If you build it, they will come.' You built something special here, an event run on heart, not dollar signs. See you when the siren sounds in 2026."
"Who needs a support crew? This gnarly Pyalong hill was a whole new beast. 24 hours and 48 hill repeats later, I sent my final lap in 31:41. Huge kudos to @hardcoreharrys!"
"Before this, the most I'd ever done in a WEEK was 120km with 4500m elevation. It's still sinking in how I managed to hang on with some of Australia's best ultra runners for 75 laps."
