The key things you're agreeing to:
• 18+ only on event day. No exceptions, no parental consent.
• You assume inherent risks of a last-one-standing endurance event, including sudden cardiac events, heat illness, rhabdomyolysis, injury from falls or collisions, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
• You certify you are medically fit and have obtained clearance from a doctor if in any doubt.
• Harry's public liability insurance does not cover your own injury, you're encouraged to hold personal accident or income-protection insurance.
• Registration is non-refundable. You may transfer to another eligible participant up to 14 days before the event, subject to a $75 transfer fee and written approval.
• You consent to photography, video and livestream footage of you being used by Harry's for event coverage and marketing.
• Under the Australian Consumer Law & Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic), your right to sue for personal injury or death is limited, except where caused by gross negligence.
