Once this is on, your eligible activities count in Harry's automatically. No screenshots or links.
Harry's reads runs, rides, swims, workouts and calories from Apple Health. Not every challenge uses this data; each challenge in the app shows what it tracks.

| Tracker | Path |
|---|---|
| Polar Flow | Settings > Apple Health |
| Suunto | Profile > Connect (Partner services) > Apple Health |
| Whoop | More > App Settings > Integrations > Apple Health |
| Nike Run Club | Profile > Settings > Health |
| Runna | Settings > Integrations > Apple Health |
| Fitbit | No native Apple Health sync. You'll need a third-party bridge app, or submit your activities manually. |
Menu names move around as apps update. If a path doesn't match what you see, the universal pattern above will still get you there.
Done? Back in Harry's, open Settings > Data & Syncing. The Last sync time updates within a few minutes of your next activity.
