Where the switch lives

TrackerPath
Polar FlowSettings > Apple Health
SuuntoProfile > Connect (Partner services) > Apple Health
WhoopMore > App Settings > Integrations > Apple Health
Nike Run ClubProfile > Settings > Health
RunnaSettings > Integrations > Apple Health
FitbitNo native Apple Health sync. You'll need a third-party bridge app, or submit your activities manually.

Menu names move around as apps update. If a path doesn't match what you see, the universal pattern above will still get you there.

Done? Back in Harry's, open Settings > Data & Syncing. The Last sync time updates within a few minutes of your next activity.
